More time has passed, and still Abraham and Sarah wait for God’s promises to be fulfilled. Then, without warning, three unexpected visitors appear, interrupting the silence. Who are these figures who seem to arrive out of nowhere? Are they merely travelers in need of rest, or messengers sent with a divine purpose?Genesis 18 is both puzzling and fascinating. The scene raises curious questions—do angels eat, rest, and receive acts of hospitality like ordinary men? Yet even more shocking is the exchange between Abraham and one of these mysterious visitors. Here, his faith takes center stage, shown in both his bold actions and his audacious request.

Genesis 16 is filled with complicated people and sin-soaked choices. Every character in this chapter tastes deep sorrow and real loss. Each one, in some way, lives under the weight of unfair circumstances. Yet out of that hurt, each also inflicts harm.Against this backdrop, we see how sin weaves its way through God’s chosen family—touching everyone, sparing no one, not even an Egyptian servant girl. And it is into this dark, fractured story that another character steps forward: the God who goes searching, the God who hears, the God who sees.Still, the question Genesis has been asking lingers: In whom will they place their trust? Genesis 14 can feel like one of those obscure passages we’re tempted to skim past—but it’s more gripping than anything Hollywood could script. Who is this enigmatic figure who arrives without warning and vanishes just as quickly? And how does this encounter foreshadow the redemption ultimately fulfilled in Christ?
These questions—and more—are answered in this week's episode.

As Lot and Abram divide up the land, there is more to see than what meets the eye. The real question is not which portion of land they will choose, but where—indeed, in whom—they will place their trust.

At the Tower of Babel, the people chose to make a name for themselves rather than come under the covering of the Name of Yahweh. Their attempts to build a tower were actually an effort to forge a path back to Eden without God. So, God disinherits, giving them over to the "gods" of the nations. The end of Chapter 11 leaves us with the question ..." how can this be fixed?" How will the nations be reclaimed?
Chapter 12 introduces us to a key character ... Abram. It will be through this family that God's plan to reclaim the nations unfolds. Through Abram's line will come the promised Seed and the path back to Eden.
The question is ... in whose name will Abram trust?

Have you ever wondered why the nations surrounding Israel worshipped false gods? Were they just figments of their imagination, or something more? This episode dives deep into the origins of these gods and how Cosmic Geography is vital to understanding the biblical story.
Chapter 11 brings us to the cusp of Genesis’ prologue. The question that has been quietly building since Eden now rises to the surface: in whose name will humanity place its trust? The Tower of Babel is not merely a story of architecture, but of allegiance. The place where humanity chooses to make a name for itself rather than trusting in the name of Yahweh.
There is much at stake here. More than confusion, the choice at Babel is a turning point that results in Yahweh’s decision to disinherit the nations, handing them over to the consequences of their rebellion.

What if the rainbow is more than a promise — what if it is a divine declaration of peace? In Genesis 9, we step into the fragile, uncertain world after the floodwaters recede. The ark has come to rest, but the deeper question remains: can Noah and his family truly begin again, or will the old patterns of sin rise with the new dry ground? In this episode, we explore the covenant God establishes with Noah — a covenant not only with one family, but with all flesh and the very earth itself. Together, we’ll uncover the depth of God’s covenant and discover how its message still speaks to our battles, our fears, and our hearts today.
